Oh and lesson #1...turn off lights when going on the balcony! About 2000 of my new best friend followed me in. Peaceful Sleep to the rescue! An aromatic spray that smells like air freshener. As long as it works! I'm on day 12 of Malaria pills so should be doped up enough to kill anything that bites me...well, may not a lion🤷♀️

Early morning in Zambia
Sunrise on Monday. Sleeping was OK. Too hot. Will see if I can get a fan or buy one somewhere.
Have the sound on with video to hear the birds and bugs. Thought I might get lucky and see elephants coming around for breakfast. I can hear something walking in the distance. So for now, all I encounter are mosquitos. My first spray down of this natural repellent. We'll see how that works before going to the Big guns...DEET.
It is absolutely still...so needed this zen moment after my near meltdown last night!
