Hello from Livingstone, Zambia. Wowser...what a change. Yep, it's hot but not too bad. Driver Keedy gave me the basics on the 29 minute drive from airport. We were driving slowly in case of elephants. I thought he was messing with the American until...no, no elephants but I did see remnants of their breakfast on the road and an Elephant crossing sign. The room is beautiful and comes with mosquito net and Peaceful Sleep insect repellent...does it put them to sleep or help me sleep? I'll let you know if I need it.😁

Strong stuff
One of the outdoor seating areas. The resort is huge and located on bank of Zambezi River inside the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park. Evidence of elephants all over but hotel has special fencing to keep them out as as well as fencing at the riverbank to prevent crocodiles from climbing up. Never stayed anywhere with beware of crocs signs!
Every meal is buffet and each night is different ethnicity. I don't remember which this is but it was good. Love the couscous, bean, corn salad. Everything fresh off the farm!
