Let the insanity begin...Nairobi, Kenya at midnight

Made it! The drive from airport to hotel was insane. Everyone drives with their high beams on and I'm not 100% sure what side of the road they drive on cuz driver was using the whole thing. Reminded me of Yemen...nope...they at least stayed in their lanes. Then, he wants me to sign a blank form. What? NO...yanks the form out of my hand. Ok...not a great beginning, dude. Then find out breakfast is $28! So, I'll pay it tomorrow until I get the lay of the land. The hotel is an anchor to a huge mall. Just to get into mall property you, your vehicle, and your stuff are searched. Then all scanned once you are on hotel property. Hmmm. I've felt pretty safe up to now. It's 12:32am and I'm going to bed in my clothes! Tomorrow has to be better!!
