Misc. Notes... The visitor to my tent-and others-were not lions but zebras. They come into the camp at night for safety. Similar to giraffes going to Maasai villages at night.
The other 4 in the balloon ride were from Italy. The "lead" was a woman who lives in Nigeria and she was showing her parents and siblings around. They were talking about Venice and I mentioned I had visited a long time ago while I was working in Aviano. That's where they are from! You just never know...you can be half way around the world have the odd shared experience.
