Up early to get caffeine for first game drive...to Botswana
Up early for first official game drive. Sitting in the lobby with 5000 new friends. My insect repellent seems to be working. But some nasty little bugger got me last night on the ankle. I mean, really...in a spot where I have to do a yoga pose to freaking scratch. War is on!
Oh and I still can't believe I'm really in Africa! Even seeing the animals that we only see in zoos or documentaries with Sir David Attenborourgh narrating is surreal. A baboon scampering across the street to snatch someone's sandwich is the norm. A MAZE ING
Guess I better send requisite selfie or YOU won't believe I'm here🤣🤣
